At Butler Branding, we believe that team building is an essential part of building a strong company culture that embodies our core values. That’s why we recently organized an “Amazing Race” team-building activity that challenged our employees in a fun and engaging way, while also promoting our company’s core value of “Find and Bridge Gaps.”
The Amazing Race is a popular TV show where teams race around the world, completing challenges and overcoming obstacles to reach the finish line. For our version of The Amazing Race, we split our office into two teams of four and gave them a series of tasks to complete throughout the city of Fresno. These tasks tested their problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, and encouraged them to think creatively and work together to find solutions.
Team 1: The Butler Brandits

The game was created by Butler’s Digital Marketing Director and utilized throughout Butler’s task management system, Asana. Each task was designed to promote our company’s core value of “Find and Bridge Gaps” by giving each team limited information and requiring them to “figure it out” (right, Sean?).

The Amazing Race team building activity was a huge success and helped build stronger relationships among our employees. By working together to complete the challenges, our employees had the opportunity to bond and learn more about each other’s strengths and weaknesses. They also had fun in the process, which helped create a more positive and energized work environment.
